DAYPATH SUPPORT

How can we help?

Find quick answers below or email us directly. DayPath does not require an account, so never send a password, device passcode, or private organizer information in a support message.

Where is my information saved?

DayPath Version 1.0 saves organizer information locally on your device. It does not automatically sync to a DayPath account or cloud service.

How do I create a backup?

Return to Today, open Settings, then choose Create Backup under Data & backup. Choose a private, trusted place for the file.

What does “Saved data protected” mean?

DayPath could not safely read one stored area, so it preserved the original value and paused editing there. Restore a known-good backup or use a compatible DayPath update.

How does App Lock work?

App Lock uses Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint, or your device passcode through the operating system. DayPath does not create or store a separate password.

Why didn’t a reminder appear?

Confirm notification permission is enabled for DayPath, the event time is still in the future, and the event’s Reminder switch is turned on.

Will uninstalling remove my information?

It may. Create a backup before deleting DayPath or clearing its app data. Keep backup files private because they are not separately encrypted by DayPath.
